Role Description/Qualifications:
We are looking to fill one full-time, in-person position with an experienced Architect Level II or Level III/Project Manager with an interest in growing/advancing within the firm today and in the future and pursuing professional architectural licensure. At least five years of relevant experience as a Project Manager is required. Experience in AutoCAD, REVIT, Adobe, Photoshop, and other similar programs is required. Pay is based upon level of experience and is negotiable. Benefits offered include health, dental, and life insurance, as well as a 401k/IRA plan. PTO includes five days of personal/sick time and two weeks of earned vacation time per year. Financial assistance in applicant’s pursuit of Architectural licensure in Florida is offered, including coverage of approved exam study materials, registration fees, licensure application fee, continuing education costs, and license renewal fees while employed at CA3.
 
Other qualifications include:
  • Proficiency in Architecture and experience in detailing and managing architectural projects.
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing Submittals and Construction Drawings.
  • Knowledge and hands-on expertise with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.
  • Strong Project Management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, proactivity, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and construction standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Goal of professional architectural licensure/registration is preferred.
